Our Story
At Coastal Souls Coffee House, we believe a great cup of coffee is even better with a beautiful view and a warm welcome.
Our family-owned neighborhood coffee house sits along the Intracoastal in Redington Shores, just minutes from the sand. We're here to bring people together over delicious coffee, breakfast, and the simple pleasure of slowing down by the water.
We hope you'll leave with more than a great cup of coffee—a smile, a new connection, and a reason to come back.
The best-kept secret on Gulf Blvd
“This is the most wonderful way to start your day and you can't see the beauty from the front or the street.” — Yelp review
She's right, and it's the thing we most want you to know. From Gulf Boulevard we look like a small blue coffee shop. Walk through, and there's open water — the Intracoastal, the marina, the boats going out.
We face east, so the sun comes up over the water while you're drinking your first cup.
Great coffee, better company.
What we're about
A neighborhood place with a beach-town heart. Our mission is simple: serve quality coffee and simple food with genuine hospitality, in a relaxed coastal setting.
Kindness, patience, and a sincere welcome — whether the shop is empty or the line is out the door.
We respect the ingredients, and we don't send out anything we wouldn't be proud to serve ourselves.
Regulars, first-timers, neighbors, visitors off the beach — everyone belongs here.
We make people feel at home — one cup, one conversation, one small act of care at a time.
Every guest is noticed, welcomed, respected, and invited back.
Redington Shores, September 2024
Hurricane Helene came through Redington Shores and took the inside of our shop with it. We had only just opened.
So we set up on the patio and kept pouring. Same 7:00 AM, same regulars, same water out back — just no walls for a while. The regulars came anyway, every morning, and stood out on the crushed shell with us. And so many of you visiting the area found us out there too, and showed us just as much love.
We've been back inside since June of 2025. Thank you for sitting with us and showing us love. We love you all!

Finding us
Bright blue, striped umbrella out front, sunburst sign over the door. We're on the bay side of Gulf Boulevard, a block north of Town Hall — if you reach the beach access at 174th, you're right on top of us.
Pull into the old pier lot across the street, walk in, and keep going straight through to the water.
Standing on Gulf Blvd?
The practical stuff nobody puts on a coffee shop website.
The old pier lot at 17490 Gulf Blvd is directly across the street — around 60 spaces, and it's the easiest place to leave the car.
Across the street. The 174th Terrace beach walkover is right there — grab a cup and you're on the beach in two minutes.
That's the Intracoastal and the marina, not the Gulf. We face east, which is why mornings here are worth setting an alarm for.
The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs Gulf Blvd about every 30 minutes, connecting St. Pete Beach up to Clearwater.
Pickup only. Order online and we'll have it ready — you'll see “Coffee on Gulf” at checkout, which is our company name.
2:00 PM, every day of the week. We're a morning place, and we'd rather do mornings properly.
